Our workshops run for approximately 45 minutes, leaving 15 minutes for short personal coaching sessions with students, thought this can be tailored to suit your specific students needs.

The workshop covers what resilience is and what it is not.

What helps build a resilient mindset.

How the students can begin their transition from a fixed to a growth mindset.

How this will support them in all areas of their lives (including their studies).

Other factors, like mental/physical health and time/money management, that impact your ability to be resilient.

Mindfulness and mindfulness online.

How they can best prepare themselves for a resilient future. 

And aims to leave them with a sense of calm, comfort and confidence in their own ability to be resilient. 

All workshops are now accompanied by workbooks and access to our digital learning platform, EMPOWEREd..
